For this outfit, I chose to have it wearable for both warm and windy weather. The shirt has soft long sleeves scrunched above my elbows and it is tucked under my thrifted high-wasted shorts; there are black shoes to match my top; and there are brown socks and khaki laces to match my shorts.  Besides my hair and simple lipstick, I finished my outfit off with a bracelet and a watch that I found lying around the house. Wa-la -  my completed look! (And yes, I did skate in it)

Fashion does NOT need to be expensive, just CREATIVE! You can find the most unique clothes at thrift stores. Thrift stores are where you can find gold for your wardrobe! If you love being different and starting new trends, you can discover the most uncommon clothing at second-hand stores near you! Never assume that a shirt may be too ugly or that you may be looked at differently if you wear this or that. In the end, the only opinion you should be thinking about is YOUR OWN. Mix and Match fabrics, textures, etc. all according to your taste in style. Go out there and explore the world of clothing! 
The possibilites are endless.
