This is an Illustrator project I completed as I've been a fan of Japanese-Pop artist Kyary Pamyu Pamyu (famous for her super catchy and repetitive song, PONPONPON) for a while now. I admire her crazy fashion sense, catchy songs and cute face. So I found a cute picture of her for a Digital Art project and digitized it to create this illustration.
